the Manor, which dates from the 17th century, has always been the home of the tenant farmers who worked the farmland in this part of the bay of Mont Saint Michel.
Its history is modelled on the history of Mont Dol and the whole bay of Mont Saint Michel, the main owner having long been the clergy, and more particularly the diocese.
It is only at the beginning of the 19th century that the building passed into the hands of private owners, with the church gradually selling its land and heritage. Since then, several owners have succeeded one another until we succumbed to its charm. We were looking for a charming place, in Brittany, and not far from the sea, to create gites and a reception venue. We were anxious to find a place full of history....
At the first time of visiting the Manor House, we found it to have a great deal of charm..
