The Manor, from the 17th century, has always been the home of the sharecroppers who exploited the agricultural lands of this part of the bay of Mont Saint Michel.
Its history is modeled on the history of Mont Dol and the entire Mont Saint Michel bay, the main owner had been the clergy for a long time, and more particularly the diocese.
It was not until the early 19th century that the building passed into the hands of private owners, with the church gradually selling its land and heritage.
Since then, several owners have followed one another, who have succumbed to its charm.
